NEW YORK -- Candace Parker of Tennessee has won the Honda-Broderick Cup, given to the nation's top female college athlete.
Parker led the Lady Vols to their second consecutive NCAA title in April. She was the No. 1 pick in the WNBA draft by the Los Angeles Sparks.
